Frieza to second form was creepy
Cell absorbing androids were even creepier Goku to SSJ was very emotional Janemba transformation was also creepy. I mean where the hell? |

Broly's was just plain evil...
Toranksu's was emotional/rage driven... Imperfect Cell into Perfect Cell's made you fear the apocalypse... Vegeta/ Majin Vegeta's was just hardcore...  |

I rather extolled the first Super Saiyan transformation (as well as SS2), but I feel Freeza's and Coola's are the best. With Freeza it was an appropriate build up where it invoked a nature of just waiting for Freeza to nonchalantly blast the Zet Senshi away at his leisure, and with Coola it was a hulking state that felt appropriately villainous by nature, with the higher-toned exultations (in the Japanese version), pronounced sound effects, nihilistic laughter (at sheer whim), and subsequently quiet mood (that worked well with the brevity of actions and dialogue) adding the immense impact, action, and drama of it audibly.
