The saiyan race is a savage, warrior, primate race. This is why they are born with tails (more closely related to primates) Oozaru unleashes their savagery, Golden Oozaru adds to that, however, when they learn to control their power it's like everyone said. Their humongus savage monkey form is compressed into a calmer, but furry package. It's shouldn't even be called SSJ4 becuase it's not a SSJ. It should be called Advanced Oozaru form or something.

Lol, thats exactly why everyone dislikes Toei. They don't follow the rules or the story. They just make things up as they go along it seems. Oooo, I have a good idea why don't I start a poll and people can chhose what the best name for SSJ4 should be.

Why they didn't follow the rules? IIRC there is nothing stated in Manga that show Golden Oozaru or even SSj4 can't exist.
