After pondered into your reply I think you are right if you are referring Cell at 100% in strength only.

Because what it did was basically what Trunks did when ascend to SSj 3rd Grade. I think Cell true 100% or full power was when it power up to damage MSSj Gohan after see he was a tough match.

Was the attack weak because Super 17 absorbed it? Cause thats what happened so..... I'm a little confused.

Like i know 17 only absorbed goku s and 18 attacks.....gohan and vegetas attack werent able to damage him

Super #17 always absorbed every Ki attack that's why he didn't got damaged by them. That attack and Gohan's Kamehameha was probably what make him compete with SSj4 Goku.

Nah i dont think soo it didnt looked like he was absorbing it (the blast exploded and 17 was just standing)....im sure that when they first fused where stronger then ssj4 goku

Right, the attacks did hit him, and it didn't do anything cause he absorbed them. Do you really think he could stand attacks from Gohan and Vegeta, but he had to absorb 18's attack... lol, ok. He absorbed any sort of ki attack, that was his MO. Dr Myuu didn't expose this(while talking to himself) till he was fighting Goku, and Goku didn't even realize it till he was SSJ4.

im sure even if he didnt abosrbed some ki he would still be able to beat ssj4 ......but he didnt look like he was absorbing it,but when he absorbed goku ki it was showed how he pumped up and we werent able to see that while gohan attacked him and vegeta so thats why i think that he didnt absorbed they ki s

2 things I wanna point out real quick. First, when Goku shoots Super 17, most of the time he has a sphere shaped bubble around him, this appears when Gohan shoots him with the Kamehameha. Secondly there were times when they didn't show that sphere type energy around Super 17, like when Vegeta shoots him with the Final Shine and when Goku was continuously shooting him as a SSJ4, those blasts were just exploding too. On top of that I think they didn't show Super 17 pumping up while absorbing for the simple fact that Dr Myuu hadn't mentioned anything about it. As soon and Dr Myuu said that Super 17 had certain programs that Dr Gero knew nothing about, then we actually see this happen. It's all for the effect, make him look invincible then show how. Kinda like when Goku was just standing there and the Ginyu's couldn't touch him, then it explains why and there you have it, they then show him actually dodging Jeice and Burter.

definitlly he never absorbed the attacks from vegeta and gohan......im sure that when they fused withouth the absobtion he would still be able to beat ssj4 goku easilly

Don't say "definitely" when you don't know for a fact. I don't see how you can't understand that thats what Super 17 did!? He absorbed ki blasts!... even though according to your logic, he absorbed 18's attacks cause God forbid he got hit by her, but didn't bother absorbing Gohan's and Vegeta's attacks..... right.
