I don't think this is posible. Is like Perfect Cell make many Cell jr. and them absorb them.

Somebody would starve to death, at least. It's only set up for two people. If they tried to share, they'd all starve to death 8 months in, because those three wouldn't be smart enough to just leave when the food ran out.

But, Vegeta and Trunks are completely differect too, even Vegeta hate Trunks because he became SSJ before him. And they train together.

Vegeta and Trunks have the advantage of being father and son. There's no way Vegeta actually hated his own child.

-If you can give birth to a child then you can definitlly became stronger

Meta-Cooler is a robot created by the original Cooler which is now only the right part of his face. How could it get stronger? Except if that part of Cooler's face would train.

Because him and the Z fighters face a common enemy in which they have no choice but to join forces. Metal Cooler however resents Goku, and future battles against Goku's enemies are not to help Goku and his friends but to remove the satisfaction of another person having the luxury of finishing off Goku. Afterwards he learnt the errors of his ways.

First, Meta-Cooler would neer be seen with the likes of the Zet Senshi.

But, let's play fantasy DBZ for a minute:

Meta Cooler is powered by the Big Gete Star, which needs the power of other beings/planets to fuel it's Cooler clones; unless you could get fighters to supply Coolers power, he's about as useful as Yamcha in the Android Saga Arc. He'd only be helpful in getting people out in time, or taking on #19 and #20 while Gokuu is weakened by the heart virus.

I think this will Happen if Meta-Cooler became "good" in the android/Cell saga:
Meta-Cooler go with Piccolo to face Android 17 and 18. Piccolo take 17 and Meta-Cooler take 18. In the middle of the fight Imperfect Cell (post-absorb) arrive. Piccolo and Meta-Cooler tried to stop him, But Cell "beat" piccolo and Meta-Cooler. While Cell absorb 17, Meta-Cooler repair himself and teleport with Piccolo to Kamisama (Dende) temple.
Vegeta and Trunks leave Rosat and go to fight against Semiperfect Cell. Goku star the training with Gohan in Rosat and them Piccolo star with Meta-Cooler.
In Perfect Cell games Meta-Cooler kill Hercule and his hetchmen because they are disgust. Them He fight versus Cell jr.
And finaly He help SSJ2 Gohan in the Kameha duel against Super Perfect Cell using his clasical Death Ball (Supernova).
Or He can take Goku place. He can teleport with Semiperfect Cell (bomb) to the middle of the space and them return to the Earth.

From all you said, the only one I liked was the last one. Teleporting to save the Earth seems a good idea but Meta-Cooler is extremely weak comparing to ROSAT-era Z fighters. And also he needs the Big Gete Star to repair himself and the thing you always talk about "he get way stronger after repairing" is not proven yet.
And, seriously, just ONE Meta-Cooler? He'd get destroyed by a fart from Perfect Cell.
Also as strong as he may have gotten in the ROSAT, I doubt he would be a great help for Gohan in the final battle. Also you say he'd help Gohan in the final battle but wasn't he sacrificed while teleporting Cell???
