So if Ted Bundy, or Jeffery Dahmer was joking they wouldn't be insane either??? Or what about Gasey, or Manson, if there were only joking they wouldn't be insane???

But if Bebi clearly stated that he was just playing around with his "new powers" that is what GT creators wanted to be. Like I said before he even says he isn't connected at Vegeta's tail because he doesn't have a tail.

Well every part of a persons body is connected to "The Brain". So yes Bebi was connected to the tail, since bebi was controlling vegeta's brain, the tail could not move if it was not connected to the brain in some way...now would it???

Bebi was connect to Vegeta's brain, yes. In that way Bebi could move Vegeta tails but his body wasn't connected to the tail. He stated that!

I've been wtching that arc. with the subtitles on this whole time and I never saw or heard him saying that.

Bebi's mind was connected to Vegeta's Brain. And thats all you need to become insane, all you need is a brain.
