2 different versions of the series?

Note the difference between these 2 episode guides:

Dragonball GT Episode Guide

and:

Dragonball GT - Pazsaz Entertainment Network

I have watched some episodes from both lists, and they are definitely different. The episodes on the second list seem to be condensed versions of the original series. Can anybody explain what the difference is?

The second ones is just "Season 1". The one on the MFG website is accurate and there are 64 episodes in total. Also, if you mean why are the titles different, its because of the dub. I hope it helped.
