SUG: Well it depends as Ki comes from the body and can rest on the outside or the inside toughening skin. Then you have hard metal encased beings like the Androids, as they have no Ki.

But to me it seemed until he hit the water, nothing phased him/it. Thats why I say it seemed to be his only weak point, I mean yes the disc did hit Bio Broli, but the goo regenerated his body, I mean really fighting wise he didn't have a weak point.
