No. They used the reborn piccolo's body, if they used Kami's body then it would have been more like the origional...But never could be because piccolo was reborn.

Nope. Krillin asks Bulma about it just before Android 19 and 20 appear, but she doesn't answer him.

Nope...But my best guess about that is, that kakarrot and vegeta had unlocked the super saiyan power before they were pregnant so the tail wasn't needed.

Perhaps, but the super saiyan power is greater then the Oozaru form, and with the super saiyan genes awakend within kakarrot and vegeta, and them being passed on to goten and trunks, what purpose would the tails serve?

I'll have to agree with Super Ultimat Gohan; the Oozaru form was seen as the "ultimate" Saiyan form, prior to the emergence of the SSj; once the SSj transformation is obtained, the Oozaru form in no longer necessary.

How many restrictions/limitations are stated, that cannot be granted by Shenron?

Well madness it doesn't have to be, it's common sense. Like what Ryat said the Oozaru was the ultimate sayian form, and then when the super saiyan was brought into the scene the Oozaru wasn't needed anymore...

That means nothing. They all can fly by this point, so they don't have to walk anywhere. Are they being born without legs?

Just because they don't have to transform anymore doesn't mean they'd suddenly be missing bodyparts.

I never stated that the tails simply "fell off", but that since the Saiyans can achieve SSj, they found their tails of no use and disposed of them. Though this wouldn't explain Vegeta's lack of a tail in the Namek Saga, which I don't even remember how he lost it.

It could also be a matter of whether the parents (Goku and Chichi; Vegeta and Bulma), wanted their children to possess the ability to become Oozarus. But even though Kid Gohan's tail grew back, I can't really use this to back up an arguement.
