At that point and time no. But since he put up the kind of fight he did against Super Buu Gotenks, that right there shows his power could increase over time.

There is a current max and and absolute max, it's only logical for that to be Gohan's current max.

Gohan's at his limit by then, though. He can't get any stronger. All of his potential power was unleashed beyond it's limits; so, he's at his most powerful point.

Yea we know he's the most powerful by then, but it's never stated that he cannot become more powerful.

The old Shin said he was going to unleash his powers "far beyond his limits", though. Once someone is at their limit, they can't get any stronger. He brought out his power beyond his ordinary limits, and yes, it's never stated that he can't get any stronger; it just makes more sense for him not to be able to.

Actually it makes as much sense as Gohan being able to be stronger. His limits beforehand was super saiyan 2....Big Deal, he was taken beyond that...Which leaves open the chance to train that new power and take it to it's limit.

How do we know that Ultimate Power was at it's limit and not Gohan???

How do we know he couldn't transform into a higher Ultimate Level or like a second stage???

Well, when Gohan got hit by Gotenks Buu's fireball, Dende healed him, and Gotenks Buu said: "You didn't get any stronger."

Now, I think he was referencing to Gohan not gaining more power after being healed, because why else would he say such? There is nothing that says he can't gain any more power, I just doubt he can above his limits, which are already beyond what they should be.

Well Gohan got his ass kicked and thats it.

Gohan was not knocked out, and on his death bed. So of course he would not recieve a Zenki.

No, I disagree. That fireball was a direct hit on Gohan. If he didn't get healed, it would've likely been the end for him.

Bah. Limits are made to be broken. You can't even count up all the times Goku was "up to his limits", but got stronger again as soon as there was another chapter written.

Do you remember when Recoome kicked Vegeta's ass? Wasn't Vegeta up and talkin after all that, and still somehow gained more power after eating a senzu? Gohan was far worse then Vegeta was.

As I remember Vegeta was Bleeding Gohan was not.

My point is that Vegeta was still standing up and talkin the entire time. Yes, he was bleeding, but he was still able to stand. Gohan couldn't even move after Gotenks Buu pummeled him. Also, there would be no reason for Buu to say what he said about Gohan, had he not been damaged to a point where he should grow stronger.
