And Chatwin for Goku?
Eh, not feeling to well about that one.
He looks like a later Goku, maybe, with alot of work done.

Its an adaptation from the anime not the anime in its entirty. Look at what sci-fi dd to wizard of oz..."Tin Man" Same thing...well sort of. This movie has goku going to college..that right there should tell you something. I wouldn't be surprised if the kamehameha was a nuke bomb or somethnig or maybe a gun.

I don't have much to say on the entire affair in question, except this - why people take their freedoms and create deplorable movies with it (or, rather, in this subject of circumstance, adaptations) is way beyond me. The lamentable dialogue structure and casting is what will probably kill this film the most. It's going to be unfathomably bad without a window of difference. I just wish Fox would lose the rights to it. It's rather condescending. Them's the breaks, I suppose.

ooo, I can't wait for the teaser trailer! Maybe because it's main aim is to tease you and make you want to know more, LAWL. But yeah, I'm hoping it'll be great...although alot of people are putting it down. Hrm... well all we can do it wait eh.

I just hope they don't take it and change the entire series into Final Fantasy: Spirits Within, going on a completely different and irrelevant plotline. As long as it's got alot of similarity with the anime/manga, I'll check it out.

Well the DB plot is hard to translate to film so some if not most will have to be changed anyway.

For the DBZ fans, this is the only hope in the horizon for something new. I really hope it's good but anime characters in real movies doesn't equal good to me.
