Cooler because frieza never mentioned a brother and the fact cooler to me seemed like a stronger version of frieza.

Bojack. I don't hate him, but he just wasn't interesting. I mean, he had an unique back-story and original design [Props to Toei for t3h du rag] but I just didn't like him.

I wouldn't peg Kaioshin an "idiot". You have to look at it all in perspective - by the time Freeza became a glancing threat, the Super Saiyans of lore swept through and cleaned him up. He was a somewhat paltry, toned down threat in comparison to Boo. And Kaioshin may have a wishwash method of sensing chi, but I wouldn't say that's commensurate to being an idiot.

To be more dutiful to the original subject of discussion, another villain I'm not a fan of is the original, unaltered Boo. He felt like a failed, aborted experiment and lacked the imposition and finality I hoped the final villain would have had. In hindsight, he felt more like a destroyer of worlds than a combatant.

Well, that's exactly what he was supposed to be. Bibidi built him solely for destruction; he was just a tool for the wizard. He wasn't created for simply fighting.
