The way I had him figured before, my "zenkai" increase for Broly was Complete Cell (Warming Up against Vegeta) to Super Saiyan Gohan (Cell Games).

That's not "OMFG!100X!!!" or anything, but it is still a substantial increase. Well over doubling his power.

Although, I'm not convinced he even got a zenkai at all.

"He's as much a monster as before", or something like that, is all Gohan "stated".

Broly fans like to point at that and say "that means he's having as much trouble with Super Saiyan Broly as he had with 'Legendary' Super Saiyan Broly before, so those two must be equal".

I choose NOT to ignore the fact that Gohan was in BASE FORM when he made his little "comparison". Meaning that the difference between Super Saiyan Broly and BASE Gohan in Movie 10 was close to the difference between "Legendary" Super Saiyan Broly and SUPER SAIYAN Gohan in Movie 8.

So, Broly's weaker form is as far above Gohan's weaker form as Broly's stronger form was above Gohan's stronger form.

There doesn't have to be an increase in Broly's power for that to happen.

That's very true. There is nothing documented, apart from our own knowledge, that he recieved a Zenkai.

Broly is underrated...for sure...if he had his own saga...he would be alive MUCH longer...believe me its true...its a 1 and a half movie in that time span Broly has to die...not enogh time to show off his true powah

Then that makes every movie character underrated,

seeing as enemies seem to get stronger the further into the story we go... any movie villian post Movie 10 should be more underrated than Broly.

Actually it's more like Grade 3, but a bit higher...I would say more like Complete Cell when we first see him at his supressed toying around with Vegeta and Trunks.

Because think about it for a minute...When we first see Cell, when he faces Trunks, he makes himself look on par with him when all he was doing was holding back. In movie 8 when kakarrot is finished gathering energy, his aura is that of a FPSS, so setting Broli at that level...nah between that and FPSS Kakarrot Cell Arc. makes him more powerful than a SS Grade 3, but weaker than a FPSS.

He was already a FPSSJ throughout the whole movie with Gohan. The extra power from his friends put him a good deal above what he was in the Cell Games. Broly wasn't at full power at the end and clearly, the movie showed us that FPSSJ's are nothing to him.

Then how come in movie 10 he lost to 2 weakend MSS and a weakend base level trunks distraction?

Because kakarrot was only there in spirit, and movie 10 Gohan, Goten and Trunks is nothing compared to Cell Games kakarrot FPSS.

Broli was, and in movie 8 kakarrot wasn't a FPSS until after he gathered the energy from others, the aura tells it all, look at the aura before and after and you'll see pre-energy gathering he was just a normal SS, then post-energy gathering his aura became that of a FPSS.

And yes I know I used both MSS and FPSS in this, b/c I think in movie 10 Gohan was MSS only and not fuly powered super saiyan just a mastered super saiyan only.

Also I would place FPSS kakarrot few seconds energy gathering a bit weaker then cell games, but not by alot though.

While in the cell games he was a fuly powered super saiyan and not just mastering it in the cell games.

Well seeing as the movies are non-timeline, it's pretty much agreed upon that movie 8 took place mid-RoSaT for Gohan and Goku.
