Yes, but there isn't a difference between those and Shenron reading thoughts of the mind. The summoning of Goku there in the post-Freeza Arc was the act or the fulfilling of a wish. Same with Goten's wish. The only thing is, Goku refused to be taken to Earth. That means he spoke to Shenron through his mind. Shenron heard both requests in both instances.

Well Broli was up there with Complete Cell Trunks fight power, so you know krillin was knocked out...there is no way he could summon shenron, trunks was powering up his energy orb, goten and gohan were busy with broli, so who summoned Shenron answer me that one?

Krillen was shown at the end of the Movie stuck in the wall thingy. So he never got up to do it, but the supporting evidence indicates this: Krillen summoned Shenron by verbal means, and Goten made the wish through his mind...Shenron heard it, assessed the situation [the obvious opposing danger to the planet], and did what needed doing.

It shows all seven DBs glow and they make that sound they make when Shenron is about to appear. So whether Krillen actually made the wish or not...there's no evidence to say he did. But I'm just using him as a canon explanation for what happened. If Krillen didn't summon Shenron, then we're forced to believe Shenron summoned himself at will. And that's unheard of. So we'd just have to say it's TOEI and that's how they do things sometimes. But because Toei is so dumb, I would rather say Krillen verbally summoned Shenron. We didn't see Shenron nor exactly who summoned him, but we know a wish was made. That, to me, is completely undeniable.

Actually it is, we never saw Shenron and you can't miss him...We never saw him because he was never there. So all Toei did was fuck up an already bad movie.

We never saw him because the script writers decided we shouldn't have seen him. Just because he's big, doesn't mean we'll see him. It's like saying God's not there because we don't see him, even though he's bigger than life. Maybe they didn't have the time left in the movie to show Shenron. You never know. But the evidence is there, and I stand by that pretty firmly.

Well you know I stand by mine too...And to be honest with you, we can post here back and fourth all night and still be where we are at sunrise...We both know it's a stale mate, it will always be an open debate just like the debate that is which fusion is more powerful Gogeta or Vegetto.

I'll keep standing by mine, and I know you'll keep standing by yours, I respect your opinions but I not agree with all of them...This happens to be one of them, but good to know we don't disagree on everything.

The Dragonballs glowed, they were seperated, the sky grew dark, Broly visibly SAW Kakarot, Goten sees his dad land behind him. And to people saying that Goku can't come back since he's been wished back before, look at Movie 9, he Instant Transmissions from Kai's Planet to strike Bojack, breaking rules, but he still appears on Earth.

Don't you think that Kakarot's spirit would have been stronger in the Cell Saga? In that Saga, he had just died and came in spirit to support his son, for the final battle for the fate of the world. Cell didn't sense or see Goku when he was there in spirit, here we have an even bigger beam struggle. You think Broly, who can't sense Chi can feel a spirit amongst the gigantic clash of energy?

Well there's one factor with Broli that Cell didn't have...Broli is obsessed with Kakarrot Cell was not...Cell was only following his mission, Broli was obsessed on a really fucked up level, so fucked up that no therapest could help him no matter how hard he tried...

Hell for all we know Gohan could have appeared as Kakarrot in Broli's eyes...That dude was so messed up, that I would get lost and confused trying to analyze him.

And Kakarrot was there only for a confidence boost, and besides look around his body as he ascends from the sky, he looks like a Ghost.

With the beam duel, Goku is shown as a visual only. In #10, we actually see him there, and Gohan only heard Goku talkin to him against Cell; he never acknowledged him being there at all.
