I would have thought somebody was going to say "They're way to strong in Movie 6!". Movie 7 is done. So the most anticipated Movie will be here soon.

They're way too strong in Movie 6!

Why such a large increase for Cooler getting rebuilt, though? I always thought that he meant that his techniques would be corrected to better combat an opponent, not a power level enhancement.

One of my only qualms would be that Goku's Kaio-ken x20 fueled Kamehameha output is a bit low against Coola in Movie 5. And though in the anime the output isn't that great to begin with, I'd put it closer to around 130,000,000, but that's just me.

He took the Kamehameha and Gokuu's punches/kicks without flinching. He had to be stronger.

Yup, true. It was just that at first glance, it looked like you had his power almost doubled. I see now that it's only about a 50% increase. I personally wouldn't put it that high, but I have no real beef with that level.

Not that he wasn't stronger, as there would still be a 30% amount of discrepancy between the Kamehameha and Coola in his ultimate transformation, which is more than enough for him to have done what he did. Coola was so strong that he knocked Goku out of his Kaio-ken x10 (or x20, if you want to make an altercation out of it) state with a single tremendous punch he put no effort into. But it's just the train of thought I'm of.

Yeah!! this is the true power level sheet because:
Meta-Cooler is near the power of imperfect Cell (post-absorb people) and
Super A-13 is near the power of semiperfect Cell.

I am sure that.. (Meta-Cooler >>> A-17) and (Super A-13 >>> A-16)

I see you broke with your Super Saiyan multiplier rule (I think it's you, anyway; did you say you think the multiplier stays at 50x-plus, or was that someone else?).

You've got Goku's base form getting about 30x stronger (!) between Movie 6 and Movie 7, but his Super Saiyan form hasn't even doubled.

I was waiting for somebody to bring this up.

Its because its Toei. In GT Rirudo basically states the Super Saiya-jin transformation doubles Gokuu's power. So I messed around with the multiplier using 50, 2 and 5-fold. I did that for Movie 7 considering the fight the Saiya-jins put up in their Base forms and because of Gohan in Movie 10 being that close to SSj Burori.
