The only DBZ villains I liked were Frieza and the Saiyans, and if we're counting dragonball Tien, King Piccolo, Junior Piccolo, and if I had to pick one after the Nakeksu Arc I'd say Janemba, because he wasn't life haxors to the max.

Broly is potentially alot stronger than any SSJ2 in Movie 10 thanks to his zenkai but didn't have nearly enough time to gain his full power. As for Omega Shenron's level, he would have to reach LSSJ4 and eventually surpass him but obviously, he was robbed with that horrible ending to Second Coming. Bio Broly could've been better since he grew a little stronger in each form from bio-engineering but the only problem is that slimy shit got all over him and ruined it.

Broli didn't get an auto-evolution powerup in Movie 10, and any Ssj2 could thrash him. Gohan was only Ssj and he held is own longer than anyone in Movie 8.
