I'm actually surprsed that it wasn't a Saga. Surely the Legendary Saiyan deserves a Saga instead of a crammed DBZMovie? Or am I mad?

Maybe having the Saiyan Saga was more than enough for some, I still think Broly warranted a better storyline and development.

Broly didn't deserve a movie in the first place. Worst DBZ character by far. Has no depth and just seems to destroy things. The reason? When he was a baby, Goku cried and it made him mad. Who turns into a psycho just because another baby cried when you were one.

Very true. Having a Broly Saga would be the greatest thing. The plot wouldn't be rushed and there would be more depth in his character with a much longer/better storyline. He'd open up alot more whoopass and we'd get to see what he can really do.

Agreed.

Its a shame they gave someone like Garlic Jr. a saga (which was shit) AND a movie rather than Broly. He deserves one alot more but I guess he was too big of a threat.

In my opinion, Goku should have died (along with Namek) when he fought Freeza. After their battle, Freeza survives and is restored to his full potential. Freeza visits earth and the same time line pursues (Except without Goku) as before all the way up to Perfect Cell.

MSSJ Gohan fights Cell and is about to lose before Broly arrives. Broly transforms and fights Cell. Cell finishes off Broly before Gohan winds up and lands a kick to Cell's head. The zet-senshi realize the only way to defeat the bigger evil is to join forces with Broly. Their mistake was giving Broly a Senzu Bean and Broly knocks all of the zet-senshi out and begins to fight Cell. After a long battle, Broly defeats Cell and is about to eliminate the earth before Krillin crawls over and gives Gohan a Senzu Bean. Gohan realizes the only hope is him and becomes enraged like never before... He ascends to a SSJ2 quicker then before and defeats Broly.

Broly's character wouldn't suit a saga. If it did, you would probably complain that the saga was too small.

Garlic Jr had hencemen and was immortal, there was enough time to make a mini saga out of the events.

Broly, however, would be a very short saga.

And anyway, Broly had 3 movies. How much non-cramming and long storylines do you want?

Garlic Jr got one shit movie, and one shit mini-saga.

If you ask me, Broly got the better deal (even though his 3rd movie was shit).

On a more serious note, I do not hate Broly. But I do not like him either. Just some psychopathic hulk-ish character screaming and firing blasts. Likable? Not in my eyes.
And I completely agree with TGD. He had 3 fucking movies (put this in your head). You just can't get enough of him? I don't care, a saga would have been just a joke and a source for more complaints from your part.
