Cell or Buu would easily regenerate from an attack like that. Now; Krillin almost hit Freeza with the disks, but he dodged them.

It's possible that because it's a blade made of pure ki, it's affect works on anyone, regardless of power. It's just a matter of either dodging the attack, or building up enough ki to deflect or destroy it.

I was playing BT3 earlier this evening.
I fought LSSj Broly, using SSj2 Teen Gohan; murdered Broly.
I think I got perfect, or very close to it.

Realistic? Haha.

I was playing BT3 on the Story mode, and I beat LSSJ Broly with Master Roshi in 100% form. Don't ask me why he jumped in, but he did, and he owned Broly.
