Actually, SSj Grade 3 Trunks was stronger than Complete Cell [suppressed]. The only reason Trunks was defeated was because of Cell's speed and because of Trunks' insufficiency in that area at that level.

Look at the key word though [supressed], Cell wasn't against FPSS Kakarrot, so really Call was still far greater than Grade 3. FPSS still rules over Grade 3, just like Perfect Cell!

I'm just gonna concentrate on the fact that Perfect Cell was supressing his power to a large extent when he was facing Trunks and Vegeta. So Trunks wasn't stronger. Just stronger than Cell when he was supressing himself.

Super Saiyan Grade 3 Future Trunks is Greater than Perfect Cell [SUPRESSED ONLY] However Fully Powerd Super Saiyan Kakarrot is greater than SS Grade 3, Kakarrot did more damage in a few minutes than Trunks could do the entire time!
