'kay so u might be right, although its possible that he planned past it, then got tired at the end of the Freeza saga and then blah blah blah...But if he created GT what do u think he would have done different?

First and foremost, no Black Star Dragonballs or having Gokuu wished as a child.

Secondly, Gohan would have retained his Saikyo power rather than weakened to only being able to transform into an Ssj.

Thirdly, Gotenkusu being allowed to be formed (Gokuu's reasoning as to why the boys shouldn't fuse in GT was stupid).

Fourthly, maintaining the level of power as it should be, Super Saiya-jin 4 Gokuu (if the form existed at all) would be weaker than Saikyo no Gohan.

There's other things as well, but those are the more prevalent qualms that I think he would have changed had he made GT.

woah...I kinda liked GT myself, just not as much as DB-Z...

Personally speaking GT was weak, and not just in comparison to DB/Z, but in comparison to most other anime in general. It lacked originality (Bebi and Ii Shinlon were basically Buu ripoffs, as was Super Juunanagou ), the characters were lackluster, the animation was a major step down from how it was in Z, the plotholes were insanely prevalent, just to name a few problems.

I don't think Goku would've have much of a role in it if Toriyama had his way. The main character would've been Gohan closely supported by Uub, Gotenks and maybe some new Saiyan-Human hybrids.

GT's animation wasnt to bad it was much beter than early DB-Z.And the villians were good and original. I like GT the way it is.

Just how I'd want it.And eventually Gohan would reach SS4, then some other saiyans would too, but then he'd once again be the strongest by going level 5!Awesome huh?

Exactly.But if we'd have never seen this GT, Toriyama wrote it his way, and then we saw the GT we know now, you would've hated it because you couldn't compare it to the other GT we eould've seen.

As much as the plot sucked some characters like the shadow dragons, The parasite(I refuse to call him Baby) and Super 17 were awesome. It makes no sense for Ultimate Gohan to be stronger than a SS4. Also Vegito needs to reach SS4 so finally those Gogeta fanboys can stop saying "Gogeta can reach SS4 he's the most powerful in the whole series."

we don't know that for sure and remember that GT and mvies are only canon(if they are canon at all) to the anime and not the original manga.

It's obvious Broly was meant to be the most powerful. They made him so strong that they had to make up some half-baked plan to deafeat him both times that doesn't make sense. Think about it, Broly owned Goku(FPSS),Gohan(FPSS), Trunks(USS2), Vegeta(USS), and Piccolo(Super Namek). So asking for their MUCH weakened power at base is supposed to defeat him? This proves that Broly IS the strongest but the good guys ALWAYS have to win.

In full power S.S. they stay S.S. like, forever.When the 8th movie styarted they weeren't S.S. so that meens they never went FPSS against him.And how can you tell when Vegeta is USS?There's not much of a physical difference that's easy to notice.Plus there is no such thing as a Super namek.It's just a fanterm for what Piccollo is once he becomes whole(fused back together with kami)based on Krillen calling him that twice.

They were FPSS(which is PROVEN by Gohan being SS) but Chi-Chi MADE Goku power down to base because they were going to an interview for Gohan's school stuff, after that he just didn't power back up because it would be pointlessly dumb because he didn't know he was going to fight Broly.
