I reckon perfect cell was same level as Bojack and Dabura, maybe slightly stronger, as having renergative powers help.
While super perfect cell would beat both easily.
As super perfect cell mangae to show he was just as strong as SSJ2 Gohan as he disables him and fores him into a KAmeHame Ha battle, being the stronger throughout until, Goku's aid at the right time beat him.

Bojack, couldn't even touch SSJ2 Gohan, so I reckon he is round same power as complete cell mybe slightly weaker maybe stronger, that is up for debate.

While Dabura, well he is never fought SSJ2 Gohan, there was no electic aura aound gohan throughout the fight, plus Goku only qouted he might be just AS strong as perect cell. But vegeta disagrees and says Gohan has reverted and decreased in power greatly due to 7 years lack in training.

Show for my Super perfect cell is strongest, and dabura, bojack and perfect cell is aound the same area, but my instincts tell me perfect cell has the slight advantage who both of them.

I also think Bojack was a lot weaker than Cell and Dabura. Cell is very cautious so he probably wouldn't let Dabura spit on him. So in my opinion Cell>Dabura>>Bojack

You guys are dismissing the fact that Dabura fought nigh even with SSj1 Gohan. That makes Dabura the weakest.

I know Broly but there is still a debate if he was SS1 or SS2 so we can't really say that for sure. (Personally I also think he was SS1)

i say bojack could have done damage if he could have shot his galactic buster at ssj2 gohan while gohan was no lookin

Gohan SS2 was way, way stronger than Bojack in my opinion. Even if Bojack would hit him from behind that wouldn't do much. Gohan would just get more mad and counterattack.

Agreed. Super prefect cell made gohan struggle to win the fight, Bojack had no chance.
I Reckon Cell is the strongest of the three, but it's up for debate whether Bojack is stronger than Dabura?

Because both fought Gohan SSJ 1, but whether Dabura fought SSJ2?
I reckon Dabura only fought SSJ 1 Gohan, who was also 7 years outta training, so I reckon.
Cell is tops, then Bojack and Dabura weakest of them!

Now I would say that since Gohan had no electricity that he's simply SSj1, but many have to make it more complicated than it has to be.

This gives me pause.... Vegeta was of any sordid threat to Cell how? If anything else, it was a nonchalantly fired off blast on Cell's part. That such a casual blast caused such damage for Gohan is because SS2 power output causes damage on the level at issue (for many power roofs broken through at the end of each Saga arc reflect both a new pinnacle and forebode future feats in one way to another, rather than being textual events, to me). And whilst Gohan claimed to have lost half his chi, apparently, his final Kamehameha was enough to completely overtake the Complete Cell he allowed to develop a SS2 aura.

Outside of that, I see Bojack as the strongest. As stated, Gohan was not toying with his morale in the same way that he was with Cell.

I believe it goes Cell > Bojack > Dabura.

Bojack wasn't all that much more that Super Saiyan Gohan, say nothing of Super Saiyan 2. He didn't dominate; he needed his goons to help him. And guys like Vegeta and Piccolo wouldn't have been able to touch Cell the way they did Bojack.

- Of course, all this is assuming that the fighters involved in the movie had the same power levels as in the Cell Games. I'm forcing canon events into the non-canon movie, here.

Dabura is way behind, fighting evenly with a version of Gohan that was weaker than his Cell Games self.
