I would say Cooler if it's metal cooler since he doesn't have to worry because he can thousands of them. If not then i'd say Super 13 even if i haven't seen movie 4,7 and 9 it would make sense since androids can't experience fear.

Villains aren't normally brave. They normally start out the stronger one but when they are the weaker one they become in denial. This makes them act irrationally attacking the one who seems much stronger thus being the end for them.
I can't really tell you which ones aren't afraid to die but if you really want to win a fight there must always be the element of not being afraid to die in it, so if that is the question then I would say most if not all villains.

Bojack seemed pretty confident in his ability to defeat Gohan, until Gohan took down two of his henchmen in two blows. Bojack lost his mind, along with his "bravery" once he sacrificed Zangya.
But in my honest opinion, I never found one villain to be "brave", with the exception of Majin Vegeta. |

Meh. No villain had trappings on the notion of "brave" in my eyes; out of the listing in question, I always found Broly to be limited to an inane ogre with sweeping moves and clotheshanging people. No bravery in that. #13 to be just that, an integrated Cyborg, Bojack to be okay but just whimsical and less "brave", and Slug to be lackadaisical and uninteresting. Coola was methodical in what he deemed right and was dulled in terms of being conceded, but not without that stream of practical pride that had flown through his family. He was cold and calculating, but it's hard for me to call a villain "brave" when they do what would go against comparing it to the notion as a template. Perhaps Bojack for killing his own cronies? But that's less bravery and more callousness.
Most of the villains tended to be bounded to either an other worldly type or a variation of what we've seen. In hindsight, that became monotonous.

I think Broly and Garlic jr,Garlic because,he was immortal and used his body as a wepon and,Broly cause he is so powerful and filled with hate he would risk any thing to acomplish his goal to kill goku he even risked death on new planet Vegeta,he knew the comet was coming, but he probly was gona stay till goku was dead.so someone not afraid of death is afraid of nothing!
