Plot holes and weird Dialog

I'v just bought all of DBZ on DVD and am watching them all (taking forever) anyway, I'v noticed a few things.

First off in the Freiza saga where Shenron is summoned, he shouldnt be summoned, because the Dragonballs should still be stone, Goku was wished back to life in the saiyan saga, then at the most there was a mounth prep to go to nakek at the most 2 mounth trip to namek for Krillen Bulma and Gohan, and a week for goku to get there. So as you can see there was only a 3 mounth passing, is this a plot hole or just bad dubbing??

Secondly these arent realy plot holes but i found them funny.

In the Saiyan saga Vegeta said "Nappa don't let your anger cloud your judgment" does any1 eles find this amusing.

And in the Freiza saga Picollo says "What the hell you only live once" baring in mind this was just after he was wished back to life.

Yeah he did but King kai used the earth dragonballs to bring back the nameks and then used the revived Porunga to wish every1 to earth.

Kami intervined and brought the dragonballs back to normal. He did it once before when he restored Kuririn and the martial artists of the world, that were killed by Piccolo Daimao.
