Does anyone here own any of the original GT dvds either in boxed sets or individuals? The English dubbed ones?

what do you mean original but i have the 6 and 10-15 on dvd

I just meant not like dvd rips or downloads - you know on the dvds does each episode have that guy on the beginning going "on the last episode of dragonball gt..." - its just we think that is cool hows it on the tv and all, was just wondering if the dvds had it as well? and does the theme tune play before each ep also?

well on the dvds I'm pretty sure it says "on the last episode of dragonball gt..." the only reason why i'm not sure is because i haven't watched those dvds in a while. For your second question the Theme song does play before each episode

Lol, yes the guy with the deep voice is at the beginning and at the end of every episode on the Dvd's. Yes, the theme song does play before every episode, even though it shouldn't that rap song not only killed rap but the intro as well. But there you have it, I own 1 GT Dvd. Sorry Dragonball/Z fans, I own 1 GT Dvd...

I don't like the beggining at all. It sucks. I prefer the original DBZ intro, the new one isn't that bad though.

There is actuly 2 into's too dbgt in america its tht rapping one, in england its some happy song about finding dragonballs lol.

Yes the happy one is the one, but i think its only on the tv as you say.

But if you watch dragonball gt dvd in japanese then the intro is lots better

yeah that version also has different voice acting, it has better Kid goku but a realy high pitched SSj4 Goku :s

Just download em, the aermican version is much better, SSj4 voice acting in the english version is just embarrsing.

Every DBZ & DBGT that I buy are bootleg Japanese versions with good subtitles.

The rap intro sux. It killed rap for me and I like the Dan dan one better and the Dragon ball happy one better. the england one has a less annoying sounding Pan.
