Not really, considering in the second Broly movie Gohan, Trunks, and Goten couldn't beat him together, all in super saiyan. But I'm saying GT never happened so don't put it in here even if you're comparing it to other non-cannon material, plus it sucks. Actually this is sort of pointless considering Broly's not a real character.

I have my doubts about USSj2. However, I believe:

LSSj Broly > SSj2 Adult Gohan > Post 2nd RoSaT USSj Mirai Trunks > Pre 2nd RoSaT > USSj2 Mirai Trunks

Therefore

LSSj Broly > USSj Mirai Trunks > USSj2 Mirai Trunks

Gohan was SS in movie ten. He did not go Ss2. He did a better job than ss Vegeta against Broly. But Post second Rosat SS Trunks is stronger than Imperfect Cell. Broly is = to cell.

I make SSj Adult Gohan stronger USSj2 Mirai Trunks, because USSj Vegeta > USSj2 Mirai Trunks. USSj Vegeta is also stronger than SSj Adult Gohan. SSj Adult Gohan is probably faster than USSj2 Mirai Trunks however, therefore I make him stronger.

yeah people are acting like Broli is the strongest saiyan ever he was for a while but into the android saga he is not that strong. Guys in the 1st Broli Movie they werent as strong as they were inthe android and buu saga.

I honestly don't know how powerful Brolly is, but he is beyond the level of USSJ. Why? His speed isn't lowered by his transformation. He is also like the Hulk: the angrier he gets, the stronger he gets. Which could explain why he was able to match the level of something near SSJ2. I don't think Gohan was SSJ2 in Movie 10. But Brolly had a much higher PL during the second encounter, all due to his rage.

So, the only reason why some may think that Brolly is the strongest Saiyan ever is because he possibly has the potential to be so. Unlike all other SSJ levels, which have clearly defined limits, LSSJ theoretically doesn't, but practically does.

USSJ does not lower speed in the first place. USSJ2 only lowers speed. Broly was also said to have the same strength as the first time he was shown in movie 8
