Is Ss4 like the Mystic power?

when Goku goes Ss4 is that Goku's full potential at that moment??? I think for the first time, Ss4 gave Goku a huge increase. Because he easily took on Bebi Golden Super Vegeta. But after that, the power went to his base. Making his Base the God of Gt. For example he took on many of the Seven shadow dragons without turning Super and he did beat Cell and Freezer, who has also been training in his base. But that full potential only returned to Ss4 once Goku absorbs the power from the SS. So he was easily been stronger than Syn and he used the Super Dragon Fist to blow up Omega. But he revived. But he still put up a better fight than Vegeta.

SSJ4 is nothing like "Chou." One reason is because SSJ4 does have some sort of strain on Goku's body (if not, Goku could remain in SSJ4 for as long as he wants) whereas Chou Gohan does not have any strain. Also, SSJ4 has nothing to do with the Kaioushins, seeing as how an Earthling (Bulma) was able to figure out how Saiyajins attain the form.

if you are saying ssj4 is stronger than a mystic form then ya..ssj4 form is much stronger since the tail makes the sayin even stronger stated in dragonball..

It depends on the person who gets the Mystic Power up. the Mystic power up is based on the receiver's hidden potential. SS4 is based on a power of 10 times potential * User's PL.

Without a doubt it depends on the person recieving mystic powerup, but the SSJ4 Goku 10x USER PL does not compute at all in my dictionary, since we don't even know the actual mutliplier for SSJ3, we couldn't possibly come up with one for SSJ4.

For example, if Gohan achieves SSJ4, and Goku too, Gohoan would be stronger than his father, because his potencial is higher (unless he doesn't train)

SSJ4 Gohan >> SSJ4 Goku >> Mystic Gohan >> Mystic Goku

I am imagine some things I know... That's only to exemplefy.

Gohan going SSJ in GT is a plothole and a big one. Chou Gohan can not go SSJ after his Elder Kai Power Up because his Chi is completely arranged around (yes I've changed my theory once again to agree with the others that it has been changed completely, because Piccolo couldn't reconigze Gohan coming towards the battlefield)
