When Kaioh-Shin and Kibito are telling to the Z-Warriors about Babidi and Buu, Kaioh Shin says that in a short period of time, thousand of plantes had been destroyed, Vegeta said "It´s what happened to my planet", but Shin said "You´re wrong, Vegeta. At that time, we were 5 Gods and we were all able to defeat Freeza with only a touch.."

Don´t you think that this is completely idiota?
Why didn't they do anything? What the hell... they are good, it is suppose that they help the good guys, isn't it??

I think it's because they're so godly that they're not suppose to interfere in interplanetary affairs. It's sort of like how can't just wish for something to happen and have it happen (inless we gather seven balls with stars on them...) Buu's threat was bigger, he had the potential to destroy the whole universe.

Anyway, it's a little stupid imagine planets being destroyed while the Gods are seing, knowing that easyly could stop it!
If Goku and Cia did not appear, I think Freeza would destroy the whole universe too!
And the same thing with Cell, it´s idiota the way like they don't doo any thing!

Keep in mine that Kaioshin stated that he did not watch over those parts of the galaxies much, so even though they knew they probably had more immdeant affairs, like Buu to deal with.

Why? Wouldn't it be a stupid manga/anime if the gods appeared and killed Freeza with a single blast in the middle of the Freeza Saga?

And by the way, Vegeta said he would've made an excellent Saiyan, not that his planet was destroyed.

yeah pretty much, but it think it is probally more about politics. from what i know of religon, god's want mortals to make their own decisions in life and not want to get involved unless all they worked for will be totaled. frieza was evil but he wanted controll of everything in the universe, not the death of everything.

Why did my post get deleted??? It had a good point. The kais were lazy. Have you seen any Kai fight any evil being except Buu? Maybe, if the Kais fought more, then Buu wouldn't have been that much as a threat.

Butt maybe Kais want people to help each other.

The Kaioushins are the rulers of the universe. They can't always be looking after Earth or whatever. They have other planets and galaxies to look after. It's not really any Kaioushin's fault. It's not as if they were lazy. If any Kaioushin had the opportunity to stop Majin Buu, they would.

Thats right and they did try when they got the oportunity to fight Kid buu but they failed. So i guess if the oportunity arrises then they will do something.

But im sure with the freeza thing they probably saw it as like he has as might right to live as everyone else. Good or bad is subjective by point of view.
