The Plan To Destroy The Saiyans?

I have never heard of this feature until a couple of weeks ago. Is it out on DVD? What exactly is the storyline and can you buy it. Please tell me any info on it.

here is a summary:Dr. Raichii is the only Tsufurujin (the race eradicated by the Saiyajin many years ago) thought to have survived. He now is going to take revenge on the only surviving Saiyajin still alive, Goku and Vegita. He uses machines that emit destron, a gas that will destroy all life on Earth. Now the the Z warriors only have 72 hours to find and destroy Dr. Raichii.

by the way this is a 2 oav episodes but people say it was first came as a video game then they released a vhs for it

It isn't an OAV or OVA, since it was FMV footage taken from a video game created for the Bandai game system known as the Playdia. For downloads, you'll often see it broken up into two or three parts, but don't mistake them for episode transitions.

Well i downloaded it about 3 months ago, in DVD quality with different subtitle options. There was 2 files, each 700MB each. And they only needed CoreMedia to play them.
The film i guess you could call it, is crap. The music is nice, it certainly is original, and all the voices are there etc. But it's mostly the same moves over and over, they only keep firing their specials which get's annoying. (Hearing Goku and Gohan yelling Kamehameha in their crap high pitched voices over and over makes your ear's bleed after a while.)
The story is ok, and you get to see them fight Frieza, Cooler, Lord Slug and Turles.
Hachiyack the main enemy though kicked ass. His music was damn cool and his overall appearance was top notch. He kicked some butt, in style but he died to quickly.

Yeah it did kinda sucked, and they did the whole "kill the badguy" off rather quickly I give it a C- at best.

What? You get to see them fight Frieza, Cooler, Lord Slug and Turles? Was that a cool plus on the film or was it nothing special?

You mean when it shows part of the ending credits? And then Hacchihyakku comes? I think that was some kind of "Haha, it's not really over!" joke.
