Anyways, there really is not such thing as actual black hair, because human hair goes in a variety of near black brown to platinum blond or from yellow to red.

However saiyans may have actual black hair, but I know Vegetto and Vegeta don't.

Um Arab people hair has tainted brown spects and African American and African people have a very dark variety of brown. So there technically is no such thing as black people for the matter, it is just something place onto them because of their darker skin. But there is such a thing as white people, but they are normally refered to as albino. These are scientifics facts by the way. I suggest you get some proof to back up your own words. For I do not need any.

Getting back on-topic and regaining control of my topic . . .

Another reason I can come up with was how the Tuffle's were able to create that parasite named Baby. I can't figured out how were those freakin' Tuffles able to create him. Darn TOEI and their plot holes.

Well the King of the Tuffles (Mushrooms) used fused his cells and his thoughts into an extraterrestrial viral entity, which created Bebi.

Although I doubt that Bebi would look so mechanical and be so tall aswell compared to the Chiaotzu sized Tuffles.

Ahhh, you just helped me find more problems TOEI messed up on, Legacy.

When SS4 Goku blew up Matured Baby while he was fleeing in his Tuffle Spaceship, Baby came apart like an android. TOEI messed up again, showing that Baby was supposed to be a parasite-being, not an android.

The opposite problem happened again when Child Goku used his Super Dragon Fist to punch a hole right into Super Android 17, which looked he looked like a human on the inside. When I saw a clip where Super 13 (I think) was left with a hole in chest by Goku's Super Dragon Fist that exposed his mechanical insides. But, Super 17's insides looked like that of a human.

Android 17 is a cyborg, so even when fusing with Hell 17 he would still have some human based insides. And probably that exact area Goku punched at, was probably the only organic part of Super 17, which would make sense on being his weak area.
