Most of the people up there....really aren't that bad.
The worst is Don Kee...his is so gay. But out og the people you have up there I would have to go with the Cell Game's announcer. That guy was just annoying.

yeah i have to agree with you on that he was the gayest bad guy on lost espiodes i don't know why goku and the others didn't kill him anyways i vote hurcule for just taking all the glory for himself he is so stupid he not very useful (except when he help goku defeat majin buu)

The stupidest character had definately got to be the Cell Game Announcer. Those who have saw him in the uncensored version of DBZ, he was making of Cell by showing The Finger and sticked his tongue out at him while Hercule was making his announcement.

I wish cell just killed them both.. that way in the episodes you didnt have to worry about the scene changing from battle ground to some pointless part where the announcer, hercule and his pupils are doing and saying idiotic stuff.
