People that live in certain areas of Texas, even wealthy people in certain areas around there, even people that live certain areas of Nevada, and Mid Western states don't know how to eat Ice Cream.

She may seem ditzy, but she is actually smarter than Marron (Krillin's Ex), but only by a slight margin. She is still smarter than the Cell Game Announcer, whom happens to be the dumbest person in all of existence.

im not sure if this is comon knowledge but eating ice cream is the same as eating Food, im sure if they could not eat in texas then there would not be a texas to begin with.

Chiaotzu. He sounds lame, he looks lame and he talks lame. He's so useless, I swear, all he does is either sit around worrying for Tien or hover around him doing nothing but follow the guy aruond like a pet. Too bad I couldn't vote twice though, cuz Hercule is just as stupid.

The Cell Game Announcer didn't need to exist, they could have simply use the much more smarter Budokai Announcer instead, since it was a reopenning of the Budokai Tournaments.

Well, I picked Hercule. During the Kid Buu Saga when Vegeta and Goku were fighting Kid Buu on the Kai's planet, I swear that man totally showed his stupidity. But, there is one other that Dragonball Legacy mentioned who I had also already thought of that was not mentioned in the poll, is Krillin's ex-girlfriend, Marron. That woman was stupider than a log. She made Hercule look like a genius.

Which do you think is dumber the mindless (Brainless) Saibamen or Krillin's ex-girlfriend Marron? I mean who could be dumb enough to keep insulting Chichi, right when she about to go like super saiyan or something, I mean really if you had Chichi tied down by something strong enough to hold her for an eternity (I'd just call Mr. Buu since he could probably do that) and had her in the same room with Marron and the two (three if you count Mr. Boo the one holding down on Chichi so she doesn't unleash her psycho capabilities) were lock in that room for all eternity. It is possible that Chichi would eventually become more powerful than Mr. Buu and then Marron would just vaporate by Chichi's hatrid.
