Anyways, Hercule is quite the idiotic world champ of the series. For one thing in DBZ, I can recall when Hercule was making his entrance into the arena, he slipped on the floor and fell right onto his nose. Then, while everyone was looking straight at him, all he did was make that stupid laugh and told everyone that he sure did 'fooled' them all.

Hercule might be dumb, but he is smart enough to not go against Cell for a second time.

The Cell Announcer is just plain retarded, "Oh I am going to finger cell now, since Hercule has arrived. Oh wait Hercule just got disqualified by being knocked out of the ring, oh but I still say Hercule is going to win." Hello! Hercule got knocked out, how can he possibly challenge Cell again, when he wasn't even able to do so from the start?

That my friends, has got the be the most stupid of all stupid people in all of anime.

Chiaotzu might not have done anything, but that doesn't mean he was stupid, he was just unimportant.

Cell games annoucer without a doubt, the most stupidest and irony character there ever was in DBZ. Next in line from him would be hercule definately. Just on a personal opinion I think Vegeta was one of the best characters in DBZ despite his stubborn arrogance and foolish ways.

Um Recoome isn't really that stupid, he did a very good job of fighting against the Z-fighters, until Goku came in. Even though Recoome's voice is the most retarded, he is actually smarter than Ditzy Blonde Marron.
