I personally like the part were Purple/Mirasaki is coming down from his jump & gets the power pole stuck up his butt. Actually the entire scene with Purple is funny as hell.

Goku in general was just great throughout the entire Dragonball series.

Goku vs. Piccolo Jr. - There was only one fight better than this, but it wasn't in Dragonball.

Goku as a kid is humorous.

Goku vs. Ninja Murisaki (not sure how his name is spelt, just guessing on pronounciation)

Goku vs Tao-Pai-Pai

Tao-Pai-Pai's "Kill You" Uniform.

These are my favorites, you guys can post your own.

Edit: Oh, and one more thing, Murisaki is not the funniest person in Dragonball. General Blue is the funniest person in Dragonball.
