SSJ2 power level confusion

Can someone please explain to me what actual power levels Goku, Gohan, Trunks and Vegeta reached while training for the Cell Games. I thought they all achieved SSJ2, but Goku and Gohan were still stronger than Trunks and Vegeta. The transformation Gohan made seemed to me that it went beyond just being SSJ2.

In the RoSaT, Vegeta and Trunks discover USSJ and USSJ2. Goku discovers USSJ, USSJ2, and FPSSJ and Gohan just discovers FPSSJ. The only person who achieved SSJ2 was Kid Gohan at the Cell Game.

Hey Duo, thanks. I think I'm starting to see the light.

I forgot about Ultra Super Saiyan. So the Full Ultra Super Saiyan from is the form that they did not want to use because it made their muscles so big and bulky that it slowed them down? And the Mastered Super Saiyan is the form that Goku and Gohan were in when they stayed Super Saiyan when they came out of the Time Chamber, right? O.k. I think I've got it. You guys are so good at this stuff that I almost hate to ask sometimes because I feel like I should already understand this stuff.

Mastered Super Saiyan was that a aura wasn't around the achiever.
Like Goku and Gohan were during the Cell Games-
Vegeta said: "It's like Super Saiyan's their normal state!"

probably coz Goku and Gohan kept breakin glasses and wreckin their house. They use the normal stage coz they use 2 much power when they don't need 2.
