Bardock wasnt actually evil.Those Saiyans were destroying planets cause frieza told them to.It was like a job for them.It wasnt their pride to go around destroying planets.Cause if it was then Vegeta would've stayed a villain and you know how vegeta is when it comes to pride.

Really all he did was stand up to freeza, that doesn't make him good. Vegeta fought freeza many times before he actually became good.

Are you forgetting the fact that Vegeta still went to Hell after he died in the Buu saga? He had a nice long conversation with Piccolo asking if he'd be able to see Goku in the afterlife, which prompted Piccolo to explain that no, he'd done so many horrible deeds in his life that he'd be sent straight to Hell.

In DragonBall, you don't get to keep your body (unless you're Goku and his little click of friends who get perks), your soul is completely cleaned, and you're turned into a little cloud. How you miss this watching the show, I'll never know! There's even a few things that elaborate on this fact (the whole Goku falling down to Hell with the Oni filler episode, the entire basis for DBZ movie 12...).

For the most part, Goku never had really interest in coming to terms with his past as truly being Saiya-jin, with the possible exception of defeating Freeza with just a bit o' Saiya-jin pride. He didn't care to accept Raditz as his brother, and I highly doubt he'd care to accept Bardock as his father.

And for the record, posting flipped, half-assed translations of translations of translations of badly scanned manga from the mid-1990's doesn't help any argument at all.

It doesn't matter. Killing people is wrong, no matter why you're doing it. Like I said, even if Bardock wasn't evil he would still become a soul cloud.

i so dont agree with you blackmasta. Bardock was not good nor evil he was netral. Saiyans were raised to kill , you culd say hunters are saiyans. will they go to hell? i dunno. But bardock did become good in the end. Bardock is my fav character and i almost know the bardock special by heart. i'll give you some quotes which indicate that he did become good: "This is for all the people we killed under your name, HERE HAVE IT !" (bardock to frieza)

"its not too late father, to be different, than him" (In the fake vision)

"Kakarot, my son, you were right it wasn't too late, I wish i could've held you in my arms when i had the chance, goodbye my son" (At the end)

So youre saying that Goku killing Buu is wrong.And Goku killing Shenron was wrong too.

Buu was a mindless monster that had to be stopped.

Ii Shinron was in GT. But if you want an explanation see above, but without the "mindless" part.

Burdock killed thousands and never regretted any of it.

Went to hell. Soul was cleaned. Became cloud.

Absolutely correct.

I would also like to note that Hell is never shown in the Manga, all scenes of hell in the Anime are added and thus Filler. GT expanded on that basis but Toriyama-Sama never had anything in the least to do with it. In the Manga, it is the fate of all bad guys that they dont keep their bodies, their souls are cleansed, and they go to hell.

Good people also have this fate, but they go to heaven instead. But, apparently, the greatest heroes of the Universe get to keep their bodies.

That's how it is, stop defending your arguments with Filler because it will never line up.

I have a question... why did Frieza and King Cold, and Cell, and the Ginyu Force, and like all the other villans keep their bodiesin hell??? Isn't that just like really stupid??? Letting evil villians keep there bodies?

Just for the record, Goku falling down into Hell with the Oni was completely Toriyama-sensei's idea. He came up with a great deal of the filler episode concepts.

Which is why he was so burnt out and refuses to commit to anything long-running ever again .

The movie special and GT were not made by AT. That's why Bardock is never shown in the series.
