What the hell kind of logic is that? We have no idea how long Goku can hold SSJ3 but we do know that Gotenks can only hold SSJ3 for five minutes. Based on your neaderthal-like logic, FPSSJ Goku >>>>>>>>>>> SSJ3 Gotenks since Goku can remain in FPSSJ for as long as he wants whereas Gotenks can hold SSJ3 for five minutes.
