I would have to say that judging by the movies, my favorite villian would be Janemba for his cool forms. Then would come Brolly, then a tie between Hildigarn and Cooler.

Turles. No Doubt, One Hundred Percent Turles.

A. He is a hardcore Saiyan who doesnt follow Frieza.
B. He owned Gokou, goku had to use the Spirit Bomb, which isnt his power.
C. He is very smart, even to destroy a MoonBeam before he transforms.
D. He likes fruit
E. He is smart enough to plan his own plots and not rely on anyone else.
F. He never says anything that he cant back up.

Brolly is cool, but isnt smart at all, and has no tail. Bojack is blue. Um Cooler is cool (he went to LEVEL FOUR dude, i even watched it today to make sure) but I dont like him because he says he is the Supreme Ruler. Um.. Garlic sucks cause he is small, Lord Slug, well i dont like Nameks, lets se.. That Dr was mechanic, Janemba looked effed up, plus i strongly hate teleports... um thats all ican think of.

I have two favorite movie villian's, the first would definitely have to be Janenba in his second form. Then, I would have to say that Kooler is the second best, but only in form 5.
