Soul Punisher was that Rainbow Attack Gogeta used. In Budokai 3 they named it Soul Punisher. So seeing as no one knows the official name, everyone uses the name it was given in Budokai 3.

Cooler's new form in both 'Cooler's Revenge' and 'Return of Cooler' are cool. I also think Broly is great, but not in his slimy version in 'Bio Broly' .. That one was so lame, original Broly kicks serious ass.
Oh yeah, I forgot Janemba. In his big and fat first form, of course.

I'd have to say Broli(sp?) also since he was the movie and with the help of his father snuck past the people, without them even knowing he was the legendary saiyan, he may have gotten defeated but he did put up a good fight
