See......Future Trunks is from another timline. While GT Trunks is from the timeline in which the Z Warriors never die from the androids.

I noticed a few plotholes in dbz, but it's due to the dubbing really...

1) In DBZ, we've learnt that a pure saiyan's hair would always stay the same when fully grown, and yet in GT(esp the beginning ep1-2), vegeta's hair looked so different, like bushes.XD Yeah, he may have styled his hair by no way can the hair look "cylinder" like considering he has quite a lot of hair around his neck.

2) Goku, Pan and Trunks ran instead of flying off when they were attacked by the Cat thing.

3)Not sure about this one but Goku couldn't use instant transmission when he is a kid even though the aliens he learnt from are about the same size as his kid form(andsome of those alien children can use it). This disproves the theory that you have to be adult size to use it.

4)Who is talking care of Capsule Corp with the presidnt on the dragonball hunt? Bulma? Haha No - building mashines and so oh. Dr Brief-working on his own work. Vegeta-you think so? o_O?

5)Goku and gang surviving on a planet which has a temp of -273 degrees celcius and Goku can't even break through Ice shenron's ice - even SSJ4 form.

6)Nova shenron having a temp of 6000 degree celcius - that's just..illogical, it's the surface temp fo the sun and the sun can destroy anything within 8.6x10^10 (I think roughly this figure) kilometres.
And when Nova shenron hearts up, he only melts the floor/ground a bit as it he was only 500 degree celcius. - even when was fighting seriously.

7)Goku went off with Shenron with his clothes on but somehow pan has his clothes(not bits, but the WHOLE thing has Goku Jr. weras them later).

and more but that's all for now..7 plot holes..XD
