I doubt a dragon would be able to make ice so good that Kaiou-Ken Goku could break ice, when SSj4 Goku couldn't. SSj4 Goku is like millions of times stronger than KK Goku.

Oh yeah I know what you mean.In one of the DBZ movies Goku was frozen then used Kaio Kane and broke it.And another episode of GT Goku was frozen by one of the dragons and he was SSJ4 and Goku couldn't get out.

maybe it was some sort or mystical dragon ice??? hes a dragon with awesome power and the other guy who froze him was a bio fighter for wheelo.....

The dragon was like 50 x stronger than the bio fighter.

more like 500x stronger then the bio fighter
the 3 of them (bio fighters) had a time with roshi, then with krillin so they really arent that strong

and the dragons beat/kept up with ssj4 goku? thats insane power level distance^^

I dont wanna side with anyone, but there are different strengths to ice. If you stt thin ice with water under it, and you stomp on it, it will most likely break and your foot will go into the water. If you see thicker ice and you cant see any water under it, and you stomp it, it most likely wont break unless your very strong. Anyway, I dont really know any plotholes that you guys havent said, I just wanted to comment of the ice.

and well if by quasi immortal you mean that he is really old but healthy....look at tao pao pao, master crane and others still alive after long long years

Ice has the same strength no matter what, the thickness of Ice is a whole 'nother story.
