What if Cell absorbed 20 ANDROIDS!?

What if 1-15 weren't faceless failures and Cell was instead programmed to absorb ALL 20!? Would that make him a bunch stronger, or would he just be weaker to start with before becoming complete?

He'd be alot stronger that's for sure just absorbing #16 would make him stronger or perhaps he'd just have to add more Androids to take each form but he could have Twenty forms. Yeah, he'd be alot stronger.

no, Cell tried to absorb 16, but he can't, because 16 is 100% machine.
But Cell can absorb Super 13. Thats would be great.

The more important question is: What would Cell look like? I mean his perfect form was cool looking because 17 and 18 are cool looking...so what if he absorbed all the ugly androids? Wouldn't his power level go DOWN because ugly people generally have a lower power level?

I thought Cell could only absorb certain Androids 'programme' by Gero and his computer?
He may be able to take them into his body, but I'm not sure if it's possible to increase his PL beyond that of his destined Perfect Form.
I think he was design to absorb 17 & 18 and Gero thought that such a creature as Perfect Cell would be so powerful that nothing more was needed.

Also, seeing as we're in the AF section now we can discuss whether Super 13 and the others would be absorbed and how much of a boost they'd give.

He should absorb Super 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, *Super 17*, 18, 19, going after the weaker ones first. I'm guessing he would probably look very scary...
