End of the day if it does exist its even more unofficial than GT so theres no point argueing about it because it can hardly be considered Dragonball.

GT at least had Toriyama's permission this doesn't its just fan made episodes probaly done in flash.

Wasn't it the webmaster of a well-known DB site? It was made up for an April Fools joke I believe.
