We could see a super saiyan 5 if it were to be made and probably a fusion of two ssj5, but i'm pretty sure that would be the last of the ssj levels.

I've always considered Gogeta in GT to be SSJ5. It's never stated or even hinted that he is but it's my in-universe explanation for why he's got red hair. It's certainly better than the real out-of-universe explanation. (For those that don't know, it's cause Toei was lazy and just used Goku's face thus they gave him the red hair to distinguish between Goku and Gogeta.)

Mastered Super Saiyan 4.

Saiyans form are mastered when the two saiyans fuse, Gogeta was a Mastered Super Saiyan 1 in Movie 12, Gogeta is a Mastered Super Saiyan 4 in GT.
