In Radittsu's case, his hair wouldn't actually stand straight up, but would behave more or less like Gokuu and Gotenkusu's Ssj3 hair styles.

In Nappa's case, his mustache and eyebrows would change colors, but unless he hit Ssj3, he wouldn't grow any hair.

The plain difference would be the in SSj, his hair would be standing up, just like it happened with Gohan.
