His mind can pinpoint any action his opponent does and can copy it. He can not predict any thing though. The moves he learns are for only a limited time until he forgets.
His power level can't go down unless he is put upon massive sun light that can burn him.
Power level goes up every time he eats, sleeps, etc.
He can't stretch his body parts, but he can regenerate.

Levels:

Super Namekian.
Legendary Namekian (non-canon version of him in the non-canon world XD).

He is the forgotten Namekian that was up for testing in Planet Vegeta but was sent to Earth years before Namek blew up. Once he got to Earth, he was just an egg (he didn't hatch yet). A bird took the egg as its own and he grew up. He was a secret apprentice of Piccolo.

Aw....Hell the fuck no..... I was typing something and boom my internet explorer suddenly shut down!I guess i will have to do this all over again!

This is my first attempt at making my own character!
(I had this character in mind for quite a long time, but the one here has different race,age and bio from the one that I first thought up of!)

Name:Mizu-ken
Race:Kaio-shin
Age:100,000,000,000
Gender:Female

Bio:
Mizu-ken is the very first Kaio-shin in the DragonBall Universe. She was a very powerful fighter but very kind.She was considered to be the unsurpassable warrior of the universe.

One day, she peered far into the Northen Galaxy.She was shocked, she sensed a extremely powerful chi, full of malice.She took a look and saw that the Legendary Super Saiyan(a super saiyan 4), Lust was rampaging in the galaxy.Feared that the galaxy itself might fall, she immediately took this to her own hands.

She teleported there and reached to her full power, and fought with Lust with every single ounce of strength.Finally, she defeated Lust, and was ready to finish Lust off.With his last breath, Lust cursed Mizu-ken to live forever and Lust died.

After this matter, Mizu-ken appointed the next Kaio-shin and sealed herself into a box.After 99,999,997,350 years(She was Kaio-shin for 2,643 years), she was released by the Zet Senshi with the aid of the Dragonballs , hoping that she can save the universe from Evil Gogeta.

Specialities:Mizu-ken has mastered the way of the water, she can manipulate water to such an extent that she could make the water hit below a 1000 degrees celsius but yet not freeze.

Appearance:Despite the age, she looks very young.She looks very pretty, on the outside, she may look like a teenager, but she is actually the longest living entity in existence.

Secrets:
Mizu-ken has a very dark secret that no one knows.She has a dark side that is hid deep within but it is passive.Once activated, she becomes a warrior of darkness, the devil from hell......

Mizu-ken can unify herself to become the Kaio-shin, the incredible mightiest, with power beyond imagination.

(They all look the same, except each light side transformation gives out more light than before and gets darker with each ascended dark side)

Unfourntenly for you , you broke the rules.

I clearly said that no more power levels that are higher than the millons.

Im sorry but im gonna have to ask you to delete that charecter or edit it.

i started the light and dark side.

Oh and water freezes at zero degrees c so change that.

He almost died , but a goddess saves him .

he also can make a " sonic boom"

Btw, you did not start the dark side and light side stuff, Akira Toriyama started it.

The laws of the living world does not apply to DBZ world, your character can warp reality, so why not let mine manipulate water like crazy?!
