I can only see Vegeta as being more 'barbaric' than SSj3 Goku.
And anytime I picture Vegeta as a SSj3, I can only picture him without pupils. I'll post a pic once I finish drawing it up.

Vegeta and Gotenks resemble each other anyway, especially in Super Saiyan. Gotenks's face isn't as "pug" as Vegeta's, but their hair and eyebrows looks quite similar. I'd expect that Vegeta SS3 would look a lot like Gotenks. And as a reminder, SSj3 Goku actually never had pupils in the manga, only the anime.

True, I agree with both posts. Vegeta would look rather barbaric as a super saiyan 3. Just a barbaric adult verion of super saiyan 3 gotenks.
