Because I like the way it looks visually. I just don't think it should be incorporated into the Dragonball storyline, that's all. All it is is a suped up version of SSJ4. 4 super saiyan forms was enough. They don't need to make another form and incorporate it into the mythos. Visually, I like the SSJ5, but it shouldn't be put into a story at all.

Exactly. SSJ4 wasn't done right at all. It didn't look fast enough, it was always getting tossed around like a ragdoll, and there was hardly any destruction as a result of a ton of power like there was with SSJ3. SSJ4's power, theoretically, should have been enough to literally cause the planet to crumble. But because of Toei's lack of ability to draw fast-paced action, the SSJ4 wasn't very impressive. It was all just brute strength and not enough skill. And yet, the games, like Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi 3, all seem to do it right. There were only a few instances where SSJ4 was very impressive, such as with SSJ4 Goku vs Super Baby Vegeta.
SSJ5 would be horrible. If they were to make a new series, which they WILL NOT, they should,

Get somebody who knows the material to create it
Leave Toei out of storyline decisions
Fire Mark Menza and get Faulconer to do the music
Make the SSJ forms more destructive and powerful, as well as fast and skilled
NO BROLY
NO ANDROIDS
NO TUFFLES
NO new SSJ transformations
No more god-modding either

All they did with GT was rehash all of the old races and villians instead of getting new ideas. Part of the reason why AF sucks. SSJ5 Broly, WTF? He's dead. How can he reach SSJ5? SSJ5 should NEVER be put into a storyline. Bulma's comment on SSJ5 in the English dub of GT created a LOT of this SSJ5 bullshit.

Or Ultimate Oozaru. You have to remember, the Oozaru form had gold fur because the base Oozaru had gone Super Saiyan. So SSJ4 is more like a Super Saiyan transforming once more. So it could be called FPSSJ Oozaru. Or, just leave it simply as SSJ4. Why? Because it still IS a Super Saiyan stage. Think about this.

Super Saiyan Oozaru

They're the same, except in terms of power. Maybe there's more than one type of Super Saiyan transformation, aside from SSJ1--SSJ3. If a base form Saiyan can go SSJ, then a base form Oozaru can go SSJ. Mastered Super Saiyan is gaining full control over the first SSJ stage. Gaining control over the SSJ Oozaru stage should have a similar effect, thus allowing SSJ4 to be called MSSJ Oozaru. So, Super Saiyan 4 is, in all sense, a Super Saiyan form. It's only different because it is an ascension of the SSJ oozaru, not a normal Super Saiyan.

Actually it is the only SSJ stage that transformed out of Oozuru state, so it is an Oozuru state.

You forgot to add "No more Goku". Seriously, everyone's sick of him, now, TOEI needs to add someone new(ish).

Toei doesn't need to add anyone to anything. Toei should just never get involved with anything Dragonball related again. In fact the Dragonball franchise should not be touched anymore. Making Goku a kid in GT was enough bullshit for Toei to pull, they don't need to do anything else.
