I'm going to expand on my earlier idea of Dabra and Piccolo fusing.

Through some quirk, either Dabra is revived or Piccolo is sent to the afterlife, and a crisis takes place. Piccolo manages to acquire the lone Potara earring left from Vegeto, and uses Kami's Magic Materialism technique to create an identical one, being that a Potara is far too magical and complex to simply create one from scratch. Then they Potara fuse, to create Dabraccolo.

Dabraccolo would blend the clothing of the two, which is ideal, due to their similar outfits:

The way I imagine the outfit is that it would be Piccolo's purple uniform, but open-chested to the belt, which is the one Dabra wears. The cape is the same as Dabra's around the neck, so it doesn't cross the chest, but has the extended shoulder plates like Piccolo's. However, the shoulder plates take on the blue coloration of Dabra's outfit. The boots would be mid length like Dabra's, but brown, like Piccolo's, and he'd wear Piccolo's weighted turban.

The skin color would be the inverse of a Namek's, with pink skin mainly, but green sections on the arms and chest, as well as a predominantly green face, with pink stripes beneath the eyes, which are yellow like Dabra's. Underneath the turban are Dabra's horns, which have become slightly longer and curve downwards slightly like Piccolo's antennae.

Basically, he'd look something like this:

His power level would jump incredibly, to the point where he could match up favourably against SSJ2 Majin Vegeta, and he'd benefit from the fact that he's now the combined King of Demons and Great Demon King's reincarnation, as well as garnering the benefit of all Kami's mystical abilities as part of the Dragon-clan of Namek.

Utility/Support Techniques:

Sai Sei: The capacity to regenerate any part of his body as long as his brain is intact. Due to his newly enhanced nature, this ability's energy concumption is reduced to a degree, but still fairly notable.

Nobiru Ude: Literally "Flexible Body", this ability allows Dabraccolo to extend any part of his body as he wishes, and allows him to become significantly more flexible, for long range punches and the like. This also allows him to constrict his arms or legs around an opponent in a spiral crushing move.

Makyodaika: Literally "Giant Demon Form", this is the technique that allows Dabraccolo to grow significantly in size, affording him far more strength, as well as a significant multiplier to his current power level. Because of this form, Dabraccolo could theoretically grapple with a Golden Oozaru with some degree of equality.

Fission: Derived from Kami's earliest memories, this technique allows Dabracollo to split himself into two individual beings, one being the good side of Piccolo and Dabra, the other being their original darker sides, as light and dark Dabraccolo. Unlike the Multi-Form technique Dabraccolo also possesses, this technique doesn't significantly lower the power level of either Dabraccolo, but is limited by the fact that each Dabraccolo takes the damage that the other one does, or at least feels it. Additionally, there's a noticable change in personality for each, with light Dabraccolo being very passive and unwilling to harm anybody, while dark Dabraccolo is far more direct and agressive. Additionally, there's a time constraint on how long the two can split unless Dabraccolo wants to make the divison permanent. This is one of Dabraccolo's ultimate techniques.

Soul Manipulation: Dabraccolo can draw the souls out of bodies and store them in objects, swap them to other bodies, possess the empty shells, or else prevent the souls of slain enemies from moving to the Afterlife, or assist stuck souls. Those with higher ki levels are more able to defend against this technique, though it can still be very difficult to defend against if not prepared for it. This ability also allows Dabraccolo to determine how good or evil a person is simply by tracing their ki.

Cho no Ryoku: Psychic talents allow Dabraccolo to move objects, even significantly large ones, with just his mind. At this level of power and lineage, Dabraccolo doesn't need to make physical motions, and can heft huge objects, as well as force them to maintain structural integrity.

Telepathy: This powerful talent allows Dabraccolo to serve as a telepathic conduit, allowing him to converse with people anywhere on Earth, or allowing them to communicate to others through him. Given his past history as Kami, Dabraccolo can communicate with Otherworld as well, and from Dabra he is able to communicate directly with the denizens of Hell.

Magical Materialism: This is the talent that lets Dabraccolo create objects from thin air. He has a tendancy to create weapons and then imbue them with both magic and his own ki, to make them deadly in combat. However, he can conjure a variety of other things, and thanks to Kami's Dragon-clan heritage, is even capable of crafting his own set of objects similar to Dragon Balls, which he calls Demon Balls.

Pokopen: Derived partly from his Namekian heritage, and partly from Dabra's command of the legions of Hell, Dabraccolo is able to "summon" demonic creatures by spitting out eggs. This is a very energy-intensive technique, but can be very handy, as it allows a variety of tactics. It's even possible for Dabraccolo to completely reincarnate himself, soul and all, through this technique.

Kai Kai: A very mystical ability, this allows Dabraccolo to appear anywhere instantly, without having to lock onto a Ki source. Derived from Otherworld techniques, this is a far more useful ability than Goku's Instant Transmission. Dabraccolo utilizes this technique frequently, and almost never flies anywhere.

Combat Techniques:

Honoo: This technique allows Dabraccolo to breathe intense Hellfire for a surprise short ranged attack.

Honoo Masenko: The Hellfire Demon Blast is an advanced version of Piccolo's own Masenko, and is utilized in much the same manner, creating a beam of fiery red energy that flares out and explodes upon impact, bathing the immediate area in sticky Hellflames.

Sekikatsuba: Any of Dabraccolo's body fluids, including blood and saliva, can instantly turn anything they touch to stone. This transformation is almost instantaneous, but the prisoners will be released if Dabraccolo dies, uses Kai Kai to move to a different dimension, or uses his Fission technique.

Darkbright Impulse: Derived from one of Dabra's techniques, Dabraccolo extends a hand and generates a fluctuating sphere of white and black energy, which is then fired. It's fairly powerful, but the key aspect of it is that it can be locked onto a particular soul using the Soul Manipulation technique, and then it will not affect any other soul, to the point where it will pass through any other person or any inanimate object to get to that soul.

Divine Wind: A powerful but invisible wind can be blasted from any part of Dabraccolo's body, and then controlled to create a powerful maelstrom or ensnaring tornado.

Rebel Hellzone Demon Wave: Derived from the Bakurikimaha, this attack is a powerful blast shot from one hand, with the other arm supporting the one that is firing the attack. It takes a short time to charge up, but in return for charging, it is highly potent. The beam itself is azure, with white-blue flames licking off it as it moves.

Light Grenade: Part of Piccolo's technique provisions, this attack is charged in cupped hands directly in front of the stomach.

Infernal Chasing Bullet: This is a yellowish bolt that follows a target relentlessly, but lacks the power of the Rebel Hellzone Demon Wave, from which it was developed. However, it is still significantly more powerful than the original Chasing Bullet, and much faster and more tenacious.

Makankosappo: One of Piccolo's signature techniques, though this takes a long time to charge, it is capable of penetrating anything, and deals huge amounts of damage.

Heaven or Hell!: An incredibly powerful move, Dabraccolo can only perform this attack after Fission, melding together a blue-white beam from Light Dabraccolo and a deep purple beam from Dark Dabraccolo. The beam is effectively unrivalled in power, and together the two can control the beam, split it up again and perform any number of tricks with it. The beam is even mystically enhanced, allowing it to tear open dimensional pathways, to disappear and reappear in other places, to transform objects, or even, theoretically, to revive the dead, though this would almost certainly cost Dabraccolo his life.

I shall attempt to fill the requirements of the post .

Two characters that I would truely love to see fuse together is King Cold and Meta Cooler. Lets say they had a fusion similar to Namekian fusion (we obviously don't know becuase we have never seen a changling fuse, nor do we know if they can) It would be a fusion similar to Namekian as I said before but there is an appearance change, and it is permanent.

This creates Cold fused with Cooler

Stages: We have seen only one form of King Cold's stages but he probably has more. He is no doubt stronger than Cooler or Freiza...the only way that trunks beat Cold was becuase he was given no time to change into other forms or maybe becuase Cold was too cocky and thought that he could take trunks as is. Anyways I put together a list of what his forms could be.


*Base ( A Metal King Cold form )
*Second Form (A mixture of Freiza's Third form and Cooler's Second Form-It has very thick horns similar to coolers, it has a thick metallic armor/covering all over the body, but it doesn't have a mask yet)
*Third Form (A smaller compact version of everything above, almost exactly like Freiza's fourth form. King Cold horns are present on the head but they are fairly small. There is no mask, on the back there are spikes growing similar to Omega Shenron's but they are smaller. Everything on the body is of course metallic)
*Final Form 100% (Same as above but this time the power is ramped up to 100%. muscles bulge and the metallic covering is nearly impenetrable a mask forms over the person's face)
*Give it 130% (The very last form and the very last resort. The impossible power coming from him splits him in two....The power basically splits the biological aspect and the Mechanical aspect apart. One of the Figures is cold hard steel, no heart, no feelings, it's brain is a processor. It looks exactly like it's biological counter part except for the cool focused red eyes that do not stop glowing. The other figure is the biological part. It has a hard white bony armor covering it with the exception of two black completely smooth areas..one on the head. The other located on the lower chest and abdomen.)

Moves:
Base:Tail into Sword (explains itself)
Second Form:Light Speed Pierce (travels extremely fast to pierce enemy with oneof it's multiple horns)
Third Form: The Classic Death Ball (A death ball with energy equal to Goku's Genkai Dama-spirit ball)
Final Form 100%: Class 3 SuperNova (There are three types of course. One comes from a super hot read star-weakest. Second comes from a superhot blue star-pretty strong. last comes from a super hot white star-strongest.)(Class three is a very small white star that is made using the power of the Ghetti Star that his brain is linked to. It is very strong and has the power to destroy virtually anything)
Give it 130%: Metallic Fusion (Fuse back into the original Final Form. Although this is only if the star agrees to it since his brain is not intergrated into the system anymore)

Advantages: Overall he is quite strong and has every advantage possible. He's fast, strong, and ruthless. He has the power to summon unimaginable power with the power of the Big Ghetti Star. He can also summon many clones of himself by the power of the Big Ghetti star, however as stated below these clones cannot hold the power long and will become corrupted and collapse.

Disadvantages: When in Base form his cocky attitude which got him destroyed the first time is still present and could get him killed again. If he survives this he doesn't have anymore disadvantages till he splits apart again. In his biological form he toys with the opponent since he is not as focused by the mechanical part. This could lead to his demise. However his robotic counterpart is focused ruthless and will kill quick but cannot maintain such power purely in that metallic frame and will collapse eventually.

Advanages: He's very fast and strong,not nescsarrily ruthless but when angry wont hesitate to break a neck or rib.
He can also copy any move he sees ( comes from jason) and can absorb energy. His teleportation ability is more advanced then any sayian and he teleport to any where he wishes. He can also control time . Has ability of duplication. His secret form is very powerful and is his last transformation as he reverts to the boys. He can now possess and can hypnotis others.
He also can bend reality.

Disadvanatges : With the power of 3 people instead of two, increases the time limit to an hour . He also has a hard time going through lava, and has trouble swiming down in oceans or beaches. If he makes a glacier , he can sae himself and fly back.
extremly cold places bloack hiws ability to tell the future and kind of cancels his ki in and out.
Thunderstorms imbolize him but as long as he doesnt get a shock for more than 7 seconds, it doesnt really efect him.
If he stands in a hot place for more than 15 minutes he suffacotes, but if he keeps his ki up he can warp time and space to change the envioument.

Goku, Bardock and Turles would be forced to modify the Fusion dance, and would create a person who looks exactly the same as any of them, but with the Fusion clothes. This would of course be pre-Namek, or perhaps midway to travelling to Namek, for suitable power levels.

I would call him Turldocku. And he would be my squishy.
