how is there supposed to be Gogeto, i mean there isnt anyway for Gogeta and Veggeto to fuse, unless they go to the past which is weird, is there any other way for them to fuse??

when Gogeta and Vegeto fuse they make Gogeto for anyone who doesnt know

Vegeto could just lower his power and Vegeto is surely stronger but he might be just a little stronger than Gogeta so it wouldn't mind, they still can fuse. Or they could try using the potara earings since it doesn't require the users to have the same power.

Honestly, judging by Vegeto's behavior, if he met someone as strong as Gogeta, he would probably kill him or at least try to fight him. That's assuming he doesn't know Gogeta is himself impersonnated as a different being.

I wonder what would happen if Ssj Gogeta fused with Base Vegeto under the fusion dance.

That would lower the gap in the power levels, even if Vegeto is still stronger.

Wouldn't it be more efficient for Vegeto and Vegeto to fuse? I mean, a fusion dance with Vegeto and Gogeta might not even be possible, because Gogeta is already a result of the fusion dance, and even if it did, it would only last for a minute or something. As for the Earings, what do you think will happen to the fusion when Gogeta's time runs out?

PURE THOERY:

Gogeta after half an hour would split into Son Goku and Vegeta. Then they would still remin fused with Vegeto. There name would still be Vegeto though. They would be stronger than Vegeto, but weaker than the previous fusioned state of Gogeto.

Except you can only use the Potara earrings once in a lifetime, so it's impossible for Vegito (a result of the earrings) to use the earrings again. QED.
