Stronger than Goku and Vegeta when they came back for the Tenkaichi Budokai. He did have a rather large head start in them after all.

Gohan would take out Babidi and Dabura the moment they surfaced.
Thus, no Buu Saga.

i dunno. after 7 years vegeta and goku were barely stronger than gohan when he was 11. So if gohan would have trained, he would have been stronger than pretty much everyone on the buu saga. mabe except for vegito. mabe.

Considering that he outclassed both Ssj Goku and Ssj Vegeta at the Cell Games when transformed into a Ssj2 i'l say he'l outclass them as a Ssj2 when they were Ssj in the Buu Saga too.

He'ld still be outclassed by Ssj2 Goku and Ssj2 Vegeta, even when he is a Ssj2.

So really, there isn't much difference.

Doubt he'ld go any higher than Ssj2. Remember that Ssj3 was a tremendous strain on Goku when he wasn't in Other World.

The Green Dragon, you make no sense. Gohan's base level got a lot weaker because of his slacking off, making his transformation weaker as well. Goku and Vegeta both outclass him at their base levels, thus making their transformations stronger as well.

And you call yourself a Sayian Elite.

Gohan would've been much more powerful then Dabura, and possibly more powerful then Vegeta. I think Goku would've probably still be around his level, if not stronger. Gohan wouldn't have been stronger then Majin Buu, though.

I also think Gohan had the potential to use SSJ3, because his latent powers were much more powerful then SSJ3 power. He just never had a chance to learn it.
