Well, if this thread is about if Gohan never stopped training, your post still makes no sense.

He outclassed SSJ Goku and Vegeta when he was SSJ, going SSJ2 just widen the gap by a great margin. And after seven years, SSJ2 Goku and SSJ2 Vegeta surpassed power level by only a decent margin of SSJ2 Gohan in the Cell Saga, so if Gohan kept training, he was be a lot more powerful than Goku and Vegeta.

You have to consider that Gohan only has a tendancy to unleash his true powers when feeling angry.

Such as the fight with Radditz, and the fight with Perfect Cell.

So unless Gohan is forced into a situation where he must allow anger to power up (regardless of any further transformations), Goku and Vegeta would probably outclass him as they train more than anyone. It's literally "what they do"

Gohan had High School most of the time.

Even if he didn't cut back on training when he could, there are still other factors.

Anyway even if Gohan did train the same as Goku and Vegeta, he'ls only REALLY stronger than Goku when he is angry.

If Gohan did not stop training after the Cell Games, he definatly be stronger then Vegeta and Goku.
Also Goten would be slightly stronger because he trained with a stronger Gohan.
Supreme Kiao would not be able to hold SSJ2 Gohan while his energy was getting drained, so Gohan would kill Yakon and Spocavitch.

The tornement would continue normally until Goku and Vegeta fight.
They would leave, and while looking for a place to fight they would seen Babidi's space ship, and decide to investigate.

So they kill everyone including Dabaura. Then Vegeta gets his mind controlled by Babidi, and so they fight and Goku lets Vegeta win.

But you see from the fight Babidi managed to get enough energy from Vegeta to summon Buu.

Vegeta gets crushed until Gohan arrives, and after with Vegeta's help they kill Buu.

Thus Hurcule has no friend, Uub is never born. Gotenks is never formed.
Goku decides that he wants to teach Gohan SSJ3, so he teleports Gohan to the otherworld, and teachs him it.

and I will post what would happen in GT once some people respond.

Gohan was stronger than both Vegeta and Goku in the Cell Saga at base form.

I also think Gohan had the potential to use SSJ3, because his latent powers were much more powerful then SSJ3 power. He just never had a chance to learn it.

Never said he couldn't unlock it. Hell, in the DB Universe, virtually everything is possible. Simply that the SSj3 transformation would still place great strain Gohan's living body. So it would just be best to focus all of his energy into his "Mystic" or Ultimate "form".
